Hadley Steel Framing, Four Ashes
Hadley Steel Framing was tasked by Vita Student, part of the Select Property Group, to provide the designs for new student accommodation in York, on the former St Joseph’s Convent site. The company designed, manufactured and installed the light-weight steel frame structure prior to the services and utilities team taking over.
Working as a team Liam and Oliver have designed, detailed and produced high spec BIM (Building Information Modelling) compliant 3D models, overcoming various problems along the way. They’ve been required to plan to the finest detail, interpreting the architect’s designs and the project brief, factoring in the need for all services expected within the build (e.g. water, electrics) and considering entrances, exits and windows to produce a fit for purpose design.
Hadley Steel Framing is a company providing offsite, modular and light-framing bespoke construction solutions. They work worldwide with architects, specifiers and contractors providing a service from concept stage to on-site installation, aiming to meet client requirements to exacting standards. Part of the Hadley Group, they have devised their own product the ‘Hadley Frame’ which is a complete, pre-panelised standalone steel frame structure, ideal for medium rise buildings across all commercial and residential sectors. This means they can offer bespoke solutions for hotels, apartments and student accommodation, delivering on some of the most ground-breaking construction projects we’ve seen in recent times.
